my lips keep going numb, any ideas?

its not all the time maybe every couple of days and can last a few minutes or hours - they went numb around 11ish and still are now, i've made an app with the docs but its not till next friday
prev Exercise bike or Cycle cross trainer? What's better?

My lips go funny if I eat things like kiwi fruit, apples, nuts and such.
