Hi . Sorry about the blank section earlier.... I'm not sure if I'm in the right section but I'm sure one of you will put me straight...I recently registerd with You Tube and found it very good it seems that you can conjure up just about anything you want; such as films from the 1930s and so on and had no trouble with that. however.. I tried to bring up some music from Frankie Laine and Kay Starre and found that the sites were aborted. Can anyone give me a reason for this....Thanks

Hey sog, is the error "Operation Aborted"? I don't suppose it's internet explorer that you're using is it? If so I'd suggest having a quick read at this site: http://www.seroundtab.../archives/022043.html

"We know Google (& YouTube) is not a fan of Internet Explorer but now some Internet Explorer users are reporting that videos aren't playing in IE. Some users are getting an error message that says "Operation Aborted" and are then being redirected to a page on Microsoft.com with more details."

Hi Diz....Yes I do use IE and yes the message is operation aborted.I took your advice and used the site that you gave me and did as they suggested for a quick fix ie refresh IE a couple of times. This partially worked with the Frankie Laine songs but they were hard to listen to because they were "stllted?" and the Kay Starre still came up with " operation aborted".However I believe You Tube are trying to correct these problems and it won't take too much longer, I haven't got many years left
Just get firefox :)
Straight download link here:

Tonyted.Hello mate good to know i'm not the only dynosaur around these days. I am pretty sure she did record Silver Dollar but I think her most popular recording was The Wheel 0f Fortune. Sadly there doesn't seem to be many singers of that class these days, all they seem to do is scream into the mike with incomprehensibleprofanities.Howevr
