The little sh!ts who aren't frightened of authority at all, we took the the bus down to the coast so we could go for a drink, me Bill and two friends.
First the bus, it was quite full when we got on so we went to the babk, there was a 13/14 yr who was sitting with this filthy trainers across the 'facing ' two seats, he did take them down but I told him Sorry I ma not sitting there when you have had your muddy trainers on the seat, this caused much mirth to him and his mates across the aisle, we got off in Newcastle and he decided to stick his foot out as I was moving down the bus but I saw him do it and give him a right b0llicking much to the delight of some elderly passengers, that over we got on a Metro to South Sheilds and it was full of the same age group calling eachother c*****, and useing the f-word in every other they spoke, laughing at passengers who were upset by their behaviour !
Why can't something be done about such yob culture, what are the powers that be frightened of?
<end of rant>
Good Morning from me..lol

Morning everyone, I am totally disillusioned with this yob stuff and yet there are so many nice kids..I don't know the answer to it
Police should be allowed to take the children home to their "parents" and insist upon them being given strong verbal warning.
give back the powers that be their powers !!!!
these days its a slap on the wrist if your lucky !!!! bloody asbos waste of time !!

they are just not frightened of anyone in authority, it beggars belief!
Morning everyone. Am back into work tomorrow in a college with lots of teenagers most of whom are polite and well mannered it changed my view of todays teenagers but then again they are in college to learn and want to be there.As a teenager I was slapped by a copper and told if I catch you again I will take you home to your dad that was enough for me to behave. Thats what we need today though how you bring this about is beyond me.
That's part of today's problems milliezoe, police have lost that respect - and the little toads are too quick to tell you they know their rights. As my OH says - if you expect rights then you have to know your own responsibilities. A lot of people these days don't seem to feel responsible for anything, everything is always either someone else's fault or they expect someone else to do it for them.
the police should be allowed to treat yobs like they did when I was a kid, a quick thump round the ear would work wonders with a lot of the little Mangetouts. I watched an intervew early last year in which the chief constable of Nottinghamshire (Ithink) was asked about why the police could not control this sort of thing and he replied that his officers knew exactly what they needed to do to control the situation but they were not allowed to do the job because of the interference of PC do-gooders

I don't think they realise to get respect you have to earn it in the first place
There's a very similar thread going on at the moment which NoM started earlier - I;ve posted my thoughts on there, won't retype on this one otherwise it'll be repetitive!

Magistrates questioned Merseyrail’s “zero tolerance” policy on feet on train seats, and called for a less draconian approach.
Down the rail companies put copies of the free Metro paper on the trains for commuters - by the time the kids get off, the floor and seats are covered in balls of screwed up newspapers. This isn't all of them - but the noisy badkly behaved youngsters spoil it for the rest (of their peers and for the rest of the travellers).
