I have had a pain in my groin on the right side for about a week now. It is quite painful when I walk, and is keeping me awake at night. I can't pinpoint where the pain is but t is a really dull ache. Anyone had something similar or do you know what it might be. By the way, I don't do any sports or go to the gym.

Female - age 45. Just been out walking this morning and the pain is now awful.
It could be appendicitis. Get to see your GP or pop into A@E
I thought it may be a hernia. Have you tried to lift something heavy all on your ownsome?

The pain is kind of in my pelvic bone, not in my stomach or back. It's as though I've pushed something heavy with my foot (which I haven't) and done something to the muscle at the inside/top of my leg. Perhaps it is muscular, but it isn't there all the time.
