night nurse capsules after 2 cans of lager

about 3 hours ago I drank 2 cans of lager, 4.7% volume, it says on the pack of night nurse capsules"avoid alcohol" would it be safe to take 2 before going to bed in an hour or so?

2 capsules I meant, after I have drunk lager earlier.Bit worried of the effects.

Not advisable could end up having a very long (as in permanent) sleep.

i would think it would be ok to take the capsules as it will be about 4-5 hours after you drank the lager. probably not a good thing to do on a regular basis as it could damage your liver, but in this instance and as a one-off i think you'd be ok.

If the lager contained say, 4 units of alcohol then you lose one unit of alsohol from your system every hour, from one hour after your last drink so you should be ok to take the tablets in a couple of hours from your post
