In a newspaper a doctor writes that 10mcg of Vitamin D a day is the most to be taken
My prescription is for 40 i.u twice per day.
How does one convert 400i.u to mcg ?

To convert IUs of vitamin D into micrograms: multiply the number of IUs by 0.025. The result is the number of micrograms in the food.
