Im at work, at my desk but I work from home. Anybody go on here from their phone?

Im at work at home too. I have come in here via my iphone when checking up on a post and i havnt had access to PC, but i wouldnt do that all the time, its too slow.

i'm at home working the day, but it's my company so i can do what i want.
Yep I am hooked to my PC, Skype and mobile.

I used to have to go into London three days a week five years ago and now its down to one day at most.

Given rail fares seem to have trebled that seems about right.
I work part time peri, so when I'm on I'm home x
I don't work at all so always post from home.
In fact I just realised I can't remember the last time I left the house :(
I hate being so dependent on having someone to push me around in my wheelchair.

It is handy to be able to work from home but can take over also - always at the back of the mind or the corner of the eye - however I can have my music blaring while I work which is wonderful
lucky you peri, my soundtrack is usually my two little ones lol. One is at nursery this aft and the other is asleep (shes poorly) so its quiet for now.
I sell steel to people. Its the family firm so i was in the main offices for years before i had kids. Its easier for me this way, and cheaper :)

I know where you're coming from redcrx. I work for our business at home and I have a part time job at home doing airline revenue also which Ive being doing since pregnant with my now 12 year old and its really hard when they are small to keep up with everything
it is, the kids always want to chat to me when im on the phone.
One memorable one was when i was talking to a customer called Bob. My eldest (hes 4) was climbing all over me saying "did you just say hello Bob?" "bob?" "is that a Bob on the phone?"
My customer couldnt undertsand what was going on and i couldnt explain that its what we call privates (girls have bits, boys have bobs) haha

LOL - no matter what age they are - your kids will always want a conversation while you are on the phone - thats murphys law
