i have osteoarthritis in my knuckles and wrists,i just picked up a cup of tea and something snapped in my wrist im in a lot of pain,im also on a lot of medication for Lupus.should i bother A&e or leave it till morning? Thanks

You had better go to A&E for starters as, if the pain is as bad as you say, you will need some pain relief.

i can move my fingers, but the wrist is very stiff,im also on prednisilone at the moment
Well, I should wait until the morning now, providing the pain is no too bad and see your GP tomorrow.

Hi sqad.went to rheumatology today,no broken bones,Dr thinks it's Tendonitis,got an appointment for ultrasound.Thanks for your help.
