How can I get rid of the small red spots on the tops of my arms? I've always had them and I can't get rid of them.

I think they come from poor lymphatic drainage and from being stuck under woolly jumpers for three-quarters of the year. Exfoliate regularly and use a loofah or one of those body scrubby puff things you can get in the chemist's for about 99p.
