My neighbour aged 88, was taken into hosp.on thurs by
ambulance because he had been very dizzy and totally off balance in the night. He also said that he could see dark blue and grey stripes when he looked at anything.

He has no relatives and lives alone so went with him.

The hosp did all sorts of tests, blood pressure 191/ 112, urine, cardiogram, CT scan,x ray ,blood samples.

All test results were fine, and they increased his meds from 25mg to 50 mg of atenenol which he took for his angina.

He was released on friday and is now at home.
He feels v. tired , but not dizzy and is resting a fair bit.

Has carers twice a week , am just a little anxious for him , asking now really should i speak to his doc on monday to find out what my neighbour needs to do now.

He is also extremely deaf and i have liased with the doc on his behalf previously.Would not do anything without his agreement of course ,but there will be no prob with this.

Any advice anyone can offer me will be most welcome.

Sincerely
brenda.
