I use Aussie Real Volume Shampoo which I purchase in Boots, Superdrug or Morrisons and it is intended for Fine Hair which I have. It's OK actually as I have been using it for Years. No bald patches yet !! LOL

A tip I was once given was to rub hair oil into your scalp and hair once or twice a week. Leave it in overnight then wash your hair in the morning. It's amazing and it makes your hair really thick and glossy. Make sure it's hair oil though, otherwise it will be a big old mess :D
Deep conditioning will strengthen hair.

I swear by Kerastase - Bain De Force and the matching conditioner. I have very fine hair and have been using this for about 6 months now and it is noticeable thicker and in much better condition.
