Has anyone tried the Body for Life challenge by Bill Phillips? I'm thinking about giving it a go and was wondering if the results are as dramatic as they appear...thanks

My partner tried it, and it worked really well for him..... HOWEVER..... you really need to be organised to ensure that you do the gym routines (6 days a week!!) and eat all the appropriate foods (6 meals a day INCLUDING the protein shakes, which are pretty expensive)..... If you are the type of person who can stick to a 12 week strict regiment... then this is for you! If you are like me and can't.... then its back to the basics of a balanced diet and regular exercise.....

Also - when you come off this 12 week program... That is the hardest... have a personal trainer and dietician if possible!!

its more than easy to achieve superior results without lining the pockets of bill phillips. dig a little deeper into his background and you might be surprised wot you find.
