Has anyone else had dealings with this company?. I had been emailing them for about a year to get some quotes for some items and nobody ever replied. So recently I sent a letter instead and they haven't replied to that either. Don't they want customers?. I am so annoyed at their ignorance, they are probably only dealing with customers who are spending thousands of pounds, but this is no way to treat people. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
