everything i have read on line suggests that there are rare cases of full recovery i think it all depends where on the spine the bleed happened and how early it is treated most cases i have read about say that the patients do end up with some degree of disibilty and pain i suppose its like most things some people are affected more than others but i regret to say i havent as yet found a successful outcome i am still looking though. the key seems to be that get it diagnosed quickly and start therpy as soon as the acute stage has passed. even a lot of doctors do not know about spinal stroke as it is one of those rare things that doesnt happen often so they do not get taught about it
