Does any one else get that thing where you twitch your legs just before you go to sleep sometimes ?.. The thing is mine only happens when I go to sleep on the train and I always end up booting the person in front of me. Why does this only happen to me on the train ?, Is it the position im in or is it because my body is trying to stop me sleeping as it knows im on a train ?

Yeah, I get that too. I think its more to do with position, it only happens to me when Im lying on my back. Probably just some wierd nerve that keeps getting trapped
it's because your body isn't in a full state of relaxation, it won't allow you to fall into a deep sleep so your muscles jerk to wake you up. It happens to me everyday on the tube and it's proper shameful.
My bf gets it too and kicks me in bed on a regular basis...apparently apart from general relaxation techniques the only treatment is beta blockers! seems a bit exceessive. Btw, I get my revenge by snoring loudly.
