cold fingers

my fingertips,tip of my nose and my toes are constantly freezing cold and someone told me i need to have my blodd pressure checked. Could high/slow blood pressure cause this??

Yes to both. Bad circulation can also be a cause. Please see your doc. My Mum had terrible cold hands, feet and nose for years and she had heart/blood pressure problems.
Cold body extremities are a classic symptom of a circulatory problem. It's not necessarily serious but the circulatory problem might be a side effect of a more serious condition, so it should always be referred to a doctor.

Try eating wholesome meals ie porridge for brekkys, protein lunches & dinners.
You might be suffering from Raynauds Syndrome.

My sister has Raynauds Syndrome. Her fingers go white. She calls them her dead mans hands. Its creepy.
Thats really wierd,

its been suggested that i have loew blood pressure ( im going to the quacks to chek ) becasue of my balance and dizziness problems, but ...

i also always have freezing finger tip, toes and the tip of my nose. i thought it was normal :\
Do you ever get like bad skin on your toes liek chil-blains (spelling ?) cause i do LOTS but recently since my my othe rproblems have been increasing ive been getting these odd red dots on my toes which hurt. im suspecting its the cold. Do you have thses at all ?!?!

In reply to bronni-d: i dont seem to be suffering from what you've described.
My mum has Raynauds Syndrome but i dont know if it can be inherited or not, there is also a history of heart problems in my family so i think the best thing is for me to go to my GP
