I came off the pill in June, have since got greasy spotty skin, I am also bloated constately

Do you mean do you have PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome)? It's normal to have side effects when you come off the pill ranging from bad skin to weight gain to headaches. If you think you've got PCOS the only thing to do is to ask your doctor to check. The other main symptom is excess body hair.
