im due to fly to bangkok on monday coming,,with china airlines.obviously we wont be able to go if the trouble prolongs. so we will not get a refund i dont think,,but do the airline have a duty to change our flight dates ? this would be fine if they changed the flights to around 10th dec or any date before new year.i just hope we dont lose everything.i would like to know what usually happens in a case like this.

hey ,clamydia-ur nuts!! i did pay with my credit card, but what would that matter ? why would it be different from cash payment ?
Your credit card is a bit like an insurance if things go wrong through no fault of your own.

Check it out with them and don't take any nonsense from them.
