Hi people. I have done something to the area around my collar bone. It hurts to the point it makes me feel queasy when I breathe, yawning just about kills me! Was sore yesterday but is worse today. Any ideas on how to make it better please :)

Hello Beanmistriss - I sympathise because I have a similar condition, and sometimes the pain reflects to the mastoid area behind my ear, Reversing the car is a ****** because of the neck stiffness and pain. Doctor says it's torticollis, my physio says it's 'frozen shoulder' but they both agree it rights itself after some months, or if your luck's out, a year or so. Hot packs on the centre of the pain and paracetamol, say MY advisors, but you should see your doctor, no? I hope you're feeling better very soon - Greenrook

God poor you having this all the time. Hope it's just a pulled muscle. I'll get a hot water bottle on there in a bit and see if it helps. Thank you :)
