When my father passed away , 4 of us inherited a house with 3/4 acre. What are my options as far as acquiring a loan or selling my share?

Non. In a joint tenancy you do not own tangible shares and neither do you own any specific part of the property. Unilaterally you can do nothing other than sit and wait and hope that you are the longest lived so that it all comes to you - eventually.
