I seem to have forgotten (??) about my IUD, and it should have been removed 6 months ago... I will be seeing the nurse to have it changed next week, but was wondering what (if any) complications this extra time could have caused. Thanks for answering!! I'm going to get the next removal date tattooed on my hand!!!!

The only thing is the risk of lower protection if it was the marina coil. I would recommend the implant though i find this better and still got no periods!
