Hi twinny. I know someone who had colposuspension, and then needed it doing again some years later. It's said to be better than anterior repair, but only your doctor or surgeon could advise which'd be best for you. Do you still do pelvic floor exercises?

Yes but with decreasing success lately just bit of a coward about seeing gyne cos had probs after hysterectomy then oophrectomy and then calpo (sorry if misspelt) I just worried cos things seem to be going wrong again and wondered if its cos the bits drooped back again lol
Awwww hun...I'm so sorry to hear that. I know what it is, but not a lot about it, so I hope there are some ABers on here who might be able to help more directly.
Had a partial hysterectomy myself a few weeks ago, but thankfully with no lasting side effects...that I know of! I feel great again now, although my recovery time isn't really up yet.
I can understand you being a bit nervous of going back to have any more tests or examinations (horrible, isn't it), but better that than having to suffer anything else - which could get worse in the long run. not much help to you, I know, but let me know how you get on if you decide to take that route.
