So you're off the pill, putting on weight and have no periods. Could you be pregnant?
Try taking the supplement Agnus Castus (you can get it from Boots or health food shops), it can help regulate or kickstart your cycle. Could it be any medication you are on that's affecting you?
I do feel every sympathy for you meli. Depression is an awful thing to contend with. I do hope you get yourself the correct remedies for your problem soon.

Have you been checked out for PCOS meli? The Pill masks your symptoms. Angus castus (as suggested by secretspirit) will kick start your period, but it has been proven to be a source of natural progesterone, which will exacerbate your depression. You should consult your GP and have tests for your androstendione levels - especially if you have (not meaning to imply an insult here) excess hair, bad skin or irregular/heavy periods.
