Ive been taking these herbal supplements for a few weeks-close to a month, and then decided against it and stopped. This was at the end January - I since have not had a period. Im not pregnant, I havent got any STI's - all I have now is confusion and worry. Now last time I saw my doctor I didnt think to mention the supplements I was taking, but now that I cant think of anything else affecting me, Im thinking, could they be the case?
The supplements in question were something called Adios, and a doctor suggested them to me to help my metabolism. Im not over/underweight, and have not experienced significant weight gain/loss recently. Any suggestions will be welcome - Im really worried by this point.
Thanks ever so much

it is possible but there is nothing to worry about - your cycle can be effected by lots of things including stress, change of diet etc. Missing your period just means your body is adjusting to something - it will all kick in again next month. Changing your diet, e.g. eating no bread for a month, can have similar effects. If you are worried though you could look the supplement up on Google or ring te manufacturer to find out if this a possible side effect.
