Been feeling dizzy/floating sensations every day since flying back last tuesday. Could it still be jet lag?

Jet lag as in tiredness due to the hour change is often over after a couple of nights full sleep. However, motion sickness can last a while; if you're driving about etc this doesn't help. Best cure is no travelling for 2 days.
Someone once told me that your body will be out of synch for 1 day for every hour of difference. So if there was an 8 hour time difference you'll not feel 100% for 8 days. I've found this to be true, give or take a day or so.
If this goes on, ask your GP to check you - you may have some inner ear disturbance.
