So, I'm making a DVD for my Grandmas birthday, with pictures of the family on, with songs in the background, like 'You Raise Me Up'...and I'm crying like a baby. I never cry!

Gah!

Anyhoo, what is the most sentimental/special/thoughtful present you've ever recieved or given?

Do you know Princess I'm debating doing the same thing for a very good friend of mine as I'm moving areas. If I do it then it really will be the most sentimental thing I've ever done but I'm really not sure about it.

Really? You're thinking about doing that?

I can really recommend it, I'm using Windows Movie Maker, it's really easy to use and the effects are, well, great, cos it's making even my bubble and I never do!

I think your neighbour would love it :o)
Well I'm not sure about my neighbour but I think my friend might.

Thing is I don't really do soppy and/or emotionally vulnerable with a very good grace and even though it would just be a farewell thing it goes against the grain a little.

But that said I did pinch one of those blank CDs from my dads tonight. Do you know that 'stop and stare' song that's out at the moment? I'd like to put that on there. But I don't know.... still seems a bit on the emotional side.... Hmmm.
