is this possible? i want to go to thailandfor the ladies but i hate wearing condoms. can i get vaccinated against everything or shall i just not go?

Hep b isn't always an STD for a start

Bodily fluids including biting - I've had hep b jabs but not because I wanted to sleep with lady boys!

There's no cure for AIDS yet. The ladies - or lady-boys in Thailand sometimes produce evidence of having no STI's, but one infected encounter after getting their medical all-clear can result in the very thing you're worried about. If you have to sample the "delights on offer", then always wear a condom!
