orgasm when you sleep

once in a while i always have dreams where it kind of sexual, and when i do i feel like im literally having an orgasm and that part i know im not dreaming. I wake up wet and i get the whole trembling intense feeling down there, like im shaking and its so intense and it feels good. i barely get it when im doing the real thing or feel this good but when im sleeping its the most intense feeling. what is this? is it really an orgasm. Has anyone ever felt this way too?
