cigarette ends

passed by the local pub this morning after getting Sunday papers nd the place was littered
with cigarette ends when smoking was allowed
indoors the cigarettes and other bits of rubbish were disposed of, don.t you think the landlords
etc should be more responsible of how their
customers get rid of their butts, rubbish in general is a big problem people just drop
litter at their feet and it doesn't bother them
they should all be fined on the spot.

Would think if the litter is outside the pub the landlord
is responsible for clearing it up ...if it's a smoking area belonging to the premises he would have to clear it up ...
