Another news clip from the home of the free.

Imagine - you've been assaulted. You, a respectable law abiding woman, call the police for help. You end up in a cell being stripped by 7 deputies, and filmed all the while, then left naked, so cold you have to wrap yourself in toilet paper for warmth.
This is a news story now - happened 15 months back - as there's the inevitable lawsuit.

This is pretty disturbing footage from wkyc news channel:

It makes you wonder if we should have an extradition agreement with them .... poor old Abu Hamza springs to mind. Big fat yankee sherriffs do not epitomise law and order in my opinion ... Cool Hand Luke?

Hi Theland.

The Sherriffs in most areas of the States are the only local police force. Hopefully this is an isolated incident, but I wonder if it'd be mentioned at all if she wasn't a middle class white woman.

Horrible either way - if it was my wife I'd be staring at the wrong end of a death sentence there.
That was appalling.
