It is a very light piece of equipment, you stand on the plastic base which is oblong and pull the handles which are strapped to an elastic rope, it firms the legs and arms.
Thanks in advance

Is is similar to resistance bands? I have a Reebok one, which is handy if you can't get to the gym - can use it to tone arms and legs, but can get a bit boring after a while. It's handy if you travel a lot cos it fits in your bag and has a similar effect to weights in that you can tone your muscles etc. Haven't heard of Flex and Firm... but it sounds similar (and a Reebok one from your local sports shop might be cheaper than a branded 'system'). Hope this helps...
