How do you get boils? i have re-accurring boils on my bottom, they come every now and again, i shower 2 a day, eat healthly and am a size 14

Plus whats the best remedie to get rid of them?

Worth seeing your doctor to check if there's any underlying cause. Meanwhile have your own flannel and towel so you don't risk spreading the infection.

Have you got diabetes?

Are you sure they are boils? There is a condition that women can get that is hormone related - it causes 'ulcers' in the breasts, thighs and / or bottom and can only be treated by hormones.

If they are boils you should bath twice a day with epsom salts, apply an astringent after bathing and get antibiotics from your doctor.

Thanks for the link and both your answers, no dont have diabetes, but think i will go to the doctors to get it checked out! A little embarrassing why cant they be located anywhere else lol

after you shower use lots of talc so your bottom isnt damp
