No, but you can get wireless ones.

This may sound odd but I am assured it works!!

If you put 2 candles inplace of the wii sensor bar at the same width it has the same effect, and because there are no cables you can be any distance away.

Not tried it myself but read about it in a couple of magazines so I can only say give it a try!
