When will we start to see any form of daylight in the (early) morning?

The reason I'm asking this question is because I want to start jogging in the early hours @ around 6AM during the weekday before I go to work as it's the only time I really got free. And I'd probably feel a lot more comfortable running with a little more daylight.

mid march- use this http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/astronom y.html?n=136&month=3&year=2008&obj=sun&afl=-11 &day=1 to find sunset/sunrise times- remember it shows GMT
Most desk diaries give sunrise and sunset times.
The sun doesn't rise at 6 am again until around March 21st in London , then , just to annoy you, British Summer Time comes about a week later and you have to wait again until around April 18th !
Early hours? 6am? I've done half a day's work by then!

Anyway its a daft pastime, you'd be better off skipping then you can do it at home and get the same exercise without the danger of getting run over by me half asleep from the really early start.

Well Iankeela, when you've got a beautiful park located almost right by your doorstep, it's hard not to be even tempted to take it up!
