I seem to be having trouble with my knee, it just 'gives way' for no reason when I am walking, seems to be a pain deep in the kneecap. What could it be ?? I am in my 50s. Thanks all.

I had the same thing two years ago smurfchops and it was a torn meniscus. I had arthroscopic surgery , they shaved the damage and flushed the debris and I haven't had any bother since.
Start taking Glucosamine Sulhate, get the highest mg per tab, ideally 1000mg a day.
It could be a number of things, I tore one of my ligaments in my knee a few years ago, when I saw the hospital specialist he said that Glucos were the best thing for it.
