whatever aids there are to slimming they only spees up the metabolism and therefore to gain the desired effect ie losing weight it is necessary to follow some description of calorie controlled diet. there's no such thing as a miracle pill
hi puddicat,
A lady from where i work takes cider vinegar but she dont take it to lose weight she said its good for the body joints
I do wish people would stop wasting their money and their hopes on this sort of rubbish.

It does not work. The only thing that works is to eat less and move more.

If taking a simple pill could make a person lose weight effectively, there would be no fat people.
Totally agree with Ethel, even if these tablets were to work, unless you changed the eating habits which made you put on weight in the first place, it would all just go back on. There are loads of low calorie things out there now to make life easier, and it needs to be forever not just for a quick fix.
What if there IS a pill that can help lose weight but its too expensive for all fat people to afford it? What if there IS a pill that helps to lose weight but it hasn't been distributed widely yet? Then there WOULD be fat people ETHEL.
Such a pill would very quickly become cheaper as it would be in huge demand - the more units sold the lower the profit margin needs to be.

That goes for the ingredients bought from other companies too.

If such a pill were to use very rare ingredients so the price would always be exorbitant, the very wealthy would not be having liposuction, gastric bypasses and the other horrendous procedures they put themselves through. Think Oprah Winfrey. If such a pill existed at any price, she would be thin.
