Hi, I'm quite interested in working for the NHS or the public sector. Just wondering if anyone knew the best way to get into it? I know some recruitment agencies deal with these sorts of jobs, but i'm not sure if there are any good websites that deal direct, I was thinking of maybe sending my CV in to them in case any suitable jobs come up? (I'm an accountant). Just wondering if anyone else had got a job with the NHS/public sector in a similar way? Thanks in advance :-)

Thanks China. I have had a look on here before, can't find anywhere on it where I can just submit my CV speculatively, I wonder if it would be worth writing to the individual employers?
Yeah definitely.

It depends what you want to do within the NHS.

Write to your local hospitals HR department and ask them to tell you when they release their vacancy bulletin and where they advertise.
Your local NHS trust will have a website, most likely containing a weekly jobs bulletin.
