Drunk falls down and now wants to sue.

Can she sue me or go after my home owners insur. even if she was very drunk?i She went in my shower without asking and fell.

I did a level law, and as far as im aware, if she was drunk she took her own risk by stepping in the shower, if she did not ask you how were you supposed to warn her to be careful?, she entered the shower at her own risk entirely, she is responsible for her own safety, were there anti slip mats?/ anything that might have prevented the fall from happening if she wasnt drunk? let me know if u wish

I cannot see for one moment how she can sue you.

1} she never had permission of you to use the shower.
2} She was obviously in no fit state {intoxicated}
