really what do you think when you see a very large person ? i do think how could any one get to such a big size that they can not walk very well or do much .i know some people are big coz of health problems ... i think its very sad how many obese people we see now .... im not being nasty to any one but wonder how any one can get to 20 stone odd ...... what do you think ?

my mum is extremely large but it is due to her taking heart pills, insulin and about 10 other tablets
she eats like a rabbit but can never lose the weight not every1 is large because of extreme eating, alot of people who are fat cause of over eating they do so because its an addiction like smoking, drinking it helps them to escape at the end of the day if they are happy with themselves who are we to judge every1 is different.

But how do you get that fat? surely you must realise and want to do something about it? I dont understand.
My sister has been put on pills for depression and she has gone from a size 12 to a 20/22 in about a year. Apparently its her depression that makes her not care about that state of her.

How many porky, podgy, overweight, whatever you want to call it, children do you see in the high street but then look at their parents - they are usually also overweight. The parents will say but he doesn't eat a lot of fattie foods. HE DOES!! check out their cupboards, full of biscuits, crisps, look in their shopping trolleys, white bread, pizzas, crisps, fizzy drinks. If the parents don't get wise and start cooking meals instead of instantly microwaving or having takeaways, then they are all in trouble sooner rather than later.
There is only so much education you can give, I think we all know the facts about unhealthy foods and daily excersize by now!
Some people like eating and arn't consious of what is happenning to them and some take a more healthy lifestyle, it's just a shame that big people don't give that option to their children and those children aare very likely to adopt the same lifestyle... and so on ... and so on!
