i expect abuse for this .

but i think a child needs both its parents.
both father and mother .
therefore same sex couples are in my opinion no better than single parent families.

its only my opinion but one i firmly believe.

i think a child needs a father and a mother.

so in a same sex marraige they would need to involve the donor father to a large extent .
otherwise i think the child would miss out on male or female )if it was a guy guy marraige ,)influence whilst growing up.

i expect to get pelters from single mums and gays now.

but its the child im thinking of .

What bout single parents? Having only one parent isn't 'normal' but it doesn't mean the child should be taken away and put with a 'normal' family. There are so many children in care who want nothing more to be a part of any sort of family and if gay men or women want to adopt I see no problem with it.

As I previously stated I was brought up by a lesbian mother along with my 3 brothers and 3 sisters,none of us are gay so where is the proof that being brought up by gay parents will influence a child's sexual orientation?

No way should gays be allowed to adopt kids. Next they will be trying to get all pink uniforms into schools for the left footers brigade. This is so wrong, homosexuality should be a criminal offence. Why put a child into a same sex parenting situation, they would be mixed up in the head, never mind getting slaughtered at school for having a pair of queers for parents.

Left Footers??? I thought that meant Catholic! I'm Catholic and I wont be requesting that my children wear pink uniforms, even though my daughter would love that.x
