My son in law and his now ex-girlfriend have got a mortage in both their names including the deeds. She has left the premises (for some time) but now decides she wants to sell. He has been paying the mortgage himself ever since. Whats the best way that he keeps the property.
prev Parents living in my property will not pay rent!
  
next payment for conservatory that is not finished to satisfaction.
