Hi All,

I'm supposed to be organising an Ann Summers party for the bar where I work and unfortunately I have no access to their website, (surf police). This is not a majorly big deal as I can do most of it over the weekend.

However I do need to know this fairly soon so...

Is it true that no men are allowed at an Ann Summers party as it would be then classed as an orgy? (And why should that matter anyway? I didn't think orgies were illegal?!)

I'm sure I've organised one before in a pub when I was younger and we had a male (or two actually although admittedly in drag) behind the bar. Would it be frowned on if the person behind the bar was a bloke? (Please tell me I don't have to organise this and serve the bl00dy drinks as well!)

Cheers

You can have anyone got to an Anna Summers, we've have gay people at parties before
i went to an ann summers party in a pub and the bar staff where male
I'm sure you wont get raided by cops if you do
hello, i was always told the same about the orgies! im not sure how true it is though?

we had an ann summers party in our local last year and it was held in the bar up the back and one of the girls who worked there worked the bar and we had to cover over the cctv up the b ar so that the guys couldnt watch it down the front bar!

my friend who is a gay guy wasnt allowed anywhere near it cos of the orgy thing though.

hope that helps (not much - sorry !) x
the orgy things is probably a ploy by Ann summers to get an all female group. Think about it, most women might feel a bit embaressed with men there and not spend so much money.

That does make sense Red.

I just want a definitive yes or no on it.

But preferably yes a bloke can work as I don't want to!
Men are discouraged from attending by organisers because it effects sales. All women dos make them feel more relaxed and freer with their purses. Men can be used as eye candy though, modelling posing pouches etc (that is how I know).

Is that an offer Groms? Shall I let you know the date? Or perhaps I can arrange it for when you're free to model the pouches?

(Told you B&S could be hazardous to your health...)

Tick tock. ;0)

Blimey...

Perhaps I will work afterall. Looks safer than being asked to model or what my favourite day of the weeks is.

Orgy? You've really got me wondering what goes on at these parties now... I always envisaged them as Tupperware parties, but with toys of interesting usage.
Can I come to your orgy please?
Question Author
Depends... you going to start baying at the moon as well?

I've decided large groups of women are scary. Especially when armed with sex toys. Have you seen the link that Gromit put there?!

I'll only do it china if it is you applying the body oil ;-)

LOL!!

Good grief! Now there's an offfer... ;0)
Yes this is definitely a ploy by ann summers to aim at getting more sales. However i've always thought it was a silly rule as they are missing out half of the population that could be spending their hard earned money on toys etc, and a large majority of women that i know would not be put off my a male presence. As for a definitive answer, the sexual offences act 2003 does not state that it is illegal to have an orgy, as long as all the participants are of legal age and are willing.

I think it's time we had mixed parties and if they're not that enlightened how about all male parties as well. After all Ann Summers was a pioneer helping women realise that there is nothing shameful about embracing your sexuality. Perhaps it's now time to bridge the gender gap.

Hope that answers your question :0)
