As legend says, it is your man who has done this..not the entire male population.

Do you know this is wha he has actually done? could he have a problem with his phone? have you had a row? need more info...

He did it this way, I then found out he was seeing someone else.

If it was a long standing commited relationship then think yourself lucky sosad Anyone who ends a relationship with silence is a coward and you are better off without them.
sosad, you sound just like me. I was posting more or less the exact same questions as you. Like legend said, I am pretty sure not all men are like the loosers you and me seemed to have chosen.

And why they finish a relationship by text, or email (i had it both) lucky me!!! (by same person btw) lol.....its because they have no balls.... read the book suggested in your question in R&D ok. love Trin xx
We do it that way because we are weak and spinless sosad
I once left a girl sitting alone in restaurant because she was clingy (and had a nasty habit of leaving floaters in the toilet) and I cant count the number of times I've turned my back on a girl who has been a one night stand when I've seen her out with her friends later.
As BOO says, obviously a coward. You are definately better off without the git.

Don't tar them all with the same brush though..there are many decent fellas out there. Give yourself some time, dust yourself off and get out there & mingle.
The ones who do are cowards who fear any kind of confrontation! They are to weak to deal with the fact that they may have to actually express some emotion and forget for one moment that you may actually be a grown up about the situation and not cause a scene!
Best thing you can do is not call him or contact him in any way and then when it starts to sink into his head that although he tried to dump you (sorry I hate that D word) you don't really care coz you haven't come crawling at his doorstep and maybe he isn't the stud he thought he was!

I am in a man hating mood!
a couple of words to say hes a b*****d. you're better off without him.
me too Ruby.........no change there then (for me I meant)!
Through personal experience, I'd say being left wondering is better than being openly dumped. You can wonder all you like and you'll forget sooner or later, but being dumped is proper rejection and heartbreak.

That is just me though.
See I think if you are dumped then you know the reasons and it may not be that bad... I have been dumped and it's AWFUL... but I mean at least you have actual reasons instead of letting your imagination run wild and thinking the worst! I am the kind who needs to know the facts!
That's the difference between men + women Rr, we dont tell you why because we like to protect you. If we dont tell you why, then you can make up your own mind as to why it ended,
Well John... I am old enough and ugly enough to know the truth... I don't need protecting!
And that's bullsh!t anyway! Men don't do it to protect you!!!!! Actually.... that's not even bullsh!t coz that would mean it had a believable element to it.... that's just laughable!

The ones who do it are cowards! Plain and simple! To walk away from a long term relationship without reason or explanation, just to stop contacting, for the woman to find out you have someone else? Protection? Give me a break! He didn't tell her coz he was the one who would have needed protection! Cowardly! Plain and simple!
Hi sosad, he definitely is a bit of a coward, it is easier for him to just walk away, I could never do that I would have to tell the lady involved why, especially if it was long term, you don't just stop loving somebody overnight, there is a gradual change, even if it his him starting to use aftershave or buying new clothes etc, but whatever the reason, he has left you, you must now move forward and rebuild your life, find somebody that will love and respect you, won't be easy but breaking up always hurts one side if not both, you got hurt, but don't be bitter against us all, there are a lot of decent blokes in the world, go and find one, take care and look after yourself,Ray xx
I've only been dumped once, thsat was when I was 17, I was her 1st love and she said she wanted to see what it was like with someone else, I was devistated and vowed never to put any other human being through that, then I went off with her friend lol
get off your high horse Rr, I was pulling your leg!!!!
Thank god John! Coz I never know with you!

I shall stay on my high horse thanks... I like the view!
Simply because all men are spineless. I have yet to meet one who didn't turn out to be.
