Droopy bum!

Is there any exercise that will help a droopy bum. My trousers don't seem the same nice fit anymore and I am sure it's because my bum has dropped.

Sit on floor, legs outstretched and shuffle across room. 5 mins per day should do it.
on all fours, tighten your stomach muscles, then lift you right leg off the floor and push your heel towards the ceiling, clenching your bum muscles as you go, repeat as many times as you can then do your left leg

Whenever you get the chance, ironing, siting at pc, waiting for bus, or other such exciting opportunities! clench you bum cheeks tight and hold for 5 secs. Do this as often as you can
