Well sleepy1 I have asked the same myself, I imagine it would be a very strange sensation, I have been watching a few episodes of The Spa of embarrassing illnesses, and everybody there is having this colonic irrigation done, only here they have something pumped up their colon (Putting nicely) and you can then see it actually being sucked out as it through a glass vessel on a machine. They all seem to feel a lot better afterwards!! But the stuff that comes out is a bit grim, great big long chunks of stuff strung together!!

I would be up for it!! not sure Im into having anything stuck up there though, its always been strictly exit only!!
Well apart from one doctor who got a bit previous with a rubber glove and some KY :-( that brought a tear my eye I can tell you!!!

And how did he do that with both of his hands on my shoulders?
it must b ok, or they wudnt do it.........

ive had my ears syrenged and it was lovely lol

sorry, dodgy spelling
some things should not be inserted there......and a colonic irrigation tube is one of them!

Well, I had an enema each time before giving birth to my children many years ago and it was bearable LOL. On the other hand, I am going into hospital tomorrow to have my second total knee replacement in three months, gulp! :o( and I am so glad that they won't be sticking anything up there this time!!! So bye for now guys. Look after my RATTER for me :o)
All the best for your op carakeel love . :-)
An enema is nothing like colonic irrigation - an enema empties the lower bowel only and goes nowhere near the colon.

The dangers of colonic irrigation include perforated bowel, overstretching the bowel, removal of good bacteria so the bowels and colon are in danger of becoming infected, transmitting disease through cross-contamination.

In 30 years time people will be howling with laughter knowing that some people today pay to have this totally unnecessary and potentially dangerous procedure done to themselves.
i had it done once, - i have ibs and heard it may help - it didn't, it hurt a bit, and i had to sit on the toilet for ages - after having to walk through a waiting room of people with a towel round my waist, and the toilet being only about 15ft away from them!! noisy!

felt ok afterwards but no great ''wow'' - no intention of doing it again.
(it hurt because the woman didn't release the water quick enough sometimes. the tube is tiny)
I had it done and it was erm quite traumatic to say the least!
I wouldnt really have it done again, lets put it that way!

thanks bigmamma xxx
