i've got this obsession with porn on the internet and i want to stop it, but i don't know how. i use the family computer so you can imagine how difficult is is and i don't like looking at it in the first place but its....addictive.

This is a very real epidemic, and there are many counsellors/ sessions available. Research shows that it has little to do with sex and has more to do with the quest to find and achieve intimacy, where actual real intimacy is lacking or absent. Some suggestions:
Set up an internet site filter so these sites are banned.
Get a girlfriend willing to get intimate.
Get a book: �Caught In the Net� or �Pornography, the Internet and the XXX Factor�
Remember that a lot of the porn that you see on the internet involves the exploitation of women against their will often from poor or deprived backgrounds. As a moral stance, avoid it. If not, and for your own benefit, stick to the decent stuff you can get from Harmony or borrow a mates AND follow the advice above.

I was looking at porn a fair bit on a dating website for a while, pretty good stuff but none of the birds got back to me and I was scared to put my real name up coz I'm quite well known and it's quite a small world. I also grudged paying for it and I've had my end away recently so there's no point looking at it for the time being!
I wouldn't have done it on a family computer though, that's quite irresponsible if you ask me. Just get out of the house or watch TV or read a book!
