I stopped taking the pill back in August in an effort to try and conceive. My period did not return for 6 months, which I expected.
I had a period in mid february and It seemed things were returning back to normal.
Now I am over two weeks late. Is this quite normal? To have one period after six months and then for them to stop again?
I am 26 and was on the pill for 10 years.
Also, what are the earliest symptoms of pregnancy?
Thanks.

have you tried taking a test? Thats the first step if you have missed a period and could be pregnant.

Earliest symptoms vary. Can be no symptoms, sore breasts, mood swings, sickness, tiredness.

take a test

Thanks for your advice, I know the most sensible answer is to take a test. I just don't want to be disappointed again!!
Does morning sickness generally occur in the morning or is it when you wake up? Does it, or can if follow your sleep pattern? I know some women suffer all day, but I work all sorts of shifts and sometimes wake up at 5pm and have been feeling a little nauseous in the evening.
morning sickness can occur at any time during the day or night, It may follow your sleep pattern too.
Of course, feeling sick may not mean you are pregnant.
Wondering about symptoms is only going to get your hopes up. The best and only way to find out is to take a test so bite the bullet and do it.
