I broke my left collar bone 3 weeks ago.

I wore a sling for 2 weeks and was taking cocodamol.

I am now off the pain killers and have gone back to my work (office job)

I want to do everything in my power to heal the break asap.

i want to know what i can eat or drink to improve healing?

what stretches or exercises i could do ?

anything at all that you can think of would be great.
