I haven't been out (socially) since the week before half term.. that's 5 weeks ago. I haven't had any alcohol since my birthday on 6th Jan. I would KILL for a drink right now but I have to work tomorrow, plus I never drink on my own at home, as I would worry it may become a habit. Do you think I need to have more fun??!

I don't know your circumstances ie single, children etc so i can't really comment,.

Do you think you should have more fun?
Scarlett - I know how you feel! I stopped smoking 4 weeks ago and have also avoided drinking in that time cos i know i'll be tempted to smoke if I have a drink in my hand! How sad is that?
I do feel better for it though and will be watching the football down the pub tomorrow!
Don't really like drinking at home, isn't quite the same somehow.
I think you definately need to get out and have a few drinks lol
As laurence2 says it all depends on your circumstances i was an over time freak the works cat.
I didnt need the money just got greedy, remember work to live not live to work.

Thanks!
I do need to work all these hours sadly, as I am the only one paying the mortgage and bills. Saturdays is the nature of the job- I work with kids, and that's their day off!
Thanks for the offer- please may I have a white wine?
