- quite a bloody lot - couldnt count. usually have veg with all my dinners and i usually have fruit in the mornings.

- excerise? Zilch!

- Water - Loads - couldnt count - i drink water from 9-5 on mon-fri.

- Ciggys?! errrghh...i've never smoked.

- Alcohol - Zilch! although if i wasnt preggers that couldve been a very different story!

Lettuce, toms, red onions, spring onions, radish, beetroots,
cucumber, celery, avocado, red peppers.... x2

Brocolli, carrots, orange pepper, courgettes, onions and garlic.

Apples everyday and slices of lemon in tea :-)

2 hours a day fast walking the dog over rough ground lol....

Fruit/veg- Probably about two portions a day. I'm not big on fruit or veg. Even now my nan force feeds me it. :'o(

Exercise- Erm... not much. Had a bit of a lazy week, this week, although I did go for a quick run on Tuesday.

Water- Tons. Drink it all day at work and have pints of squash at home all evening.

Cigarettes- None. Ever. Ewwww...

Alcohol- None. I only ever drink if I go out at the weekends. It's not often now, though.

Looks like I'm the healthiest so far lol!

- approx. 21 portions. I usually have my 5-a-day and vary my fruit and vegetables.
- 2 hours. 1 hour of that was brisk walking.
- not sure how many cups, but it's over 8 litres.
- zero. I don't smoke.
- zero. But that will change before the day is through!

excercise......: about 5 hours vigorous
water..............: dunno in cups but about 20 i drink litre bottles of water from when i get up thru til bedtime but im normally up about 20 hrs everyday.
cigarettes......: aaarrggggg my vice! since monday roughly 100.
alcohol...........: erm 2 dbl vodkas
haven't eaten for 2 days . drank some water and coke earlier and 2 cups of tea. just having a red wine. bad, i know but i have had a crap week
ate only vegetables and fruits and drank only water but did diddly exercise. still weigh the same 8 stones, but haven't grown an inch.
Loads of veg and a little less fruit- I also have my five a day
Probably about two and half hours walking- havent been out tonight, the dog doesnt do rain!!!!!!!
Same as whiskeysheri-I drink water all day in work and pints of juice at night.
